How do we schedule?

How do we accept payment?

Payment is accepted in Cash, Check, Apple Pay, or credit/debit cards. (Credit card/ debit card payments add a fee of 2.6%)

Do you need to be home for service to be done?

No; no services require homeowners to be home.

How do you know which service my home/ property needs?

How often do we cut grass?

As often as you'd like. Any service we offer is providable anytime, all the time, and as often as you desire.

Do we provide free estimates?

Yes; contact us for free quotes/estimates. We also have our basic pricing listed so you can figure out your own range of cost.

How soon can we schedule you?

Some services can be scheduled same day. Other services may take up to 1 week or more to schedule.

How do we price our services?

Services are priced specifically based on the cost of the job + cost of labor, not by the hour. This ensures efficient work done the right way for a great price. It's a win-win.

Do you offer package deals or seasonal specials?

What happens if the weather is bad on my service day?

If it is possible to work around the weather, then we will do so. If not, we will contact you same day to reschedule the service.

Will high-pressure washing damage my siding, roof, or deck?

Yes, it will. That is why we use a process called soft washing for surfaces such as sidings, roofs, and decks, that are prone to damage from high pressure.

Is there a deposit required?

Some more expensive services require deposits; other services require complete payment before the service is provided.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?

There are no hidden fees. Every service will be laid out on a contract which will have to be signed by you before services are started.

Can you help with regular maintenance, or just one-time jobs?

Every service we provide can be scheduled for regular maintenance/reoccurring service.
